- Our title production center has a division of experienced examiners dedicated to this segment of our business. Subdivision base files are built in advance, which ensures accuracy within the platted lots as homes are built and a faster turn time on the production of commitments.
- Old Republic Title does more than just closing your transaction. We are the underwriter* that ensures efficient and quick decisions that impact the you and/or the developer.
- Being a national underwriter, Old Republic Title offer services to you in multiple markets and provide one point of contact.

This is a 24/7 online access system that allows Old Republic Title the ability to provide you with a superior level of service. With Old Republic Title's Paperless Closer, you have real-time updates on the status of an order and will be able to view any notes we may need you to review. Additionally, you also can collaborate with Old Republic Title by posting documents that you need reviewed and sending notes that will alert us to items you need to discuss.
