Stephen serves as Senior Vice President of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC), and Manager and Underwriter of the National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) San Francisco operation. Prior to joining Old Republic Title, Stephen was Senior Vice President for a national commercial division of another large national title insurance underwriter.
In his role, Stephen leads the San Francisco team in facilitating national commercial title and escrow transactions throughout the United States for apartment, retail, industrial, office and other industry sectors. The operation also includes a specialized service team that manages Small Balance Loan (SBL) transactions. Leveraging his extensive experience in national business development, commercial transaction management and underwriting, Stephen is focusing the NCTS team’s efforts around expanding Old Republic’s national commercial footprint through exceptional product quality and service delivery.
Stephen has more than 30 years of combined experience in sales, marketing and management, and is the recipient of the prestigious DPK Circle of Excellence Award, the Platinum Circle Sales Award and numerous honors in sales leadership. He is a member of NAIOP, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and actively supports Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). When not at work you can find him spending time with family and enjoying time outdoors four wheeling and camping.
Kevin Miller is Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Business Development Officer for the National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) San Francisco operation. He brings more than 30 years of experience in sales and account management to the company, including over a decade of achievement in the title insurance industry where he has been devoted to the success of commercial customers. Kevin is a proven and trusted resource to both his customers and industry colleagues. He has a strong reputation for his dedication to exceptional customer service, accuracy and quick turn-around times for critically required information.
In his role with NCTS, Kevin is charged with strategic relationship development, providing account management services and facilitating service delivery to commercial customers for a variety of transaction types including multi-family, office, industrial, retail and hospitality. He works in close collaboration with his team of highly respected and responsive national underwriters, title and settlement professionals who can deftly handle the multi-faceted requirements for commercial transactions spanning business segments and markets nationwide.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys long distance motorcycling, golf, cycling and hiking the local hills and trails of Orinda, CA. He also appreciates the opportunity to give back by volunteering and supporting Ambassadors of Hope and Opportunity, a philanthropic organization supporting homeless youth between the ages of 18 and 25.
