San Francisco offers buyers opportunities to find a home and investment properties in many forms. Join our new class as we dive into Co-ops, Tenancy In Common (TIC’s) and Multi-Family properties and what sets their escrow process apart from a SFR or Condo. This class will be hosted by your San Francisco Sales Team and presented by our Senior Escrow Officer, David Banker.

What are the KEY differences in how title is held?
For nearly 50 years, David Banker has been involved in the Title & Escrow industry handling both residential and commercial transactions. David enjoys that while the real estate industry is a different world than when he first started, the fundamentals for a transaction haven’t changed. David has been a guest lecturer for the Real Estate program at City College, and has helped to develop the educational classes at Old Republic Title, continuing to build his relationship with his long term clients and education the new generation of realtors. David is a UCLA alum and his favorite way to spend a weekend is reading and taking long walks around the city on sunny days.
