Seeking an experienced Title Assistant to work in a busy Commercial Title Unit in our Glendale branch. Must have either previous Commercial Title experience or Residential Title experience wanting to further their skills on a Commercial Title Unit. Must be organized, dependable, able to prioritize tasks, self-motivated, good communication and written skills and is adaptable. Candidate must have a clear understanding of recording documents and processes related to Commercial transactions. Must have a good attitude and want to learn and grow in with our Commercial Title Operations team!
