Seeking an Escrow Assistant to support high volume office. Daily work on residential, commercial sale and refinance escrow transactions including preparing funding packages, preparing files for closing, opening orders, customer interaction; on the phone, via email and in-person, requesting loan payoffs and ordering insurance in addition to other tasks. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail and organizational skills, effective time management, ability to multi-task and work as a team player. Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures. High School diploma or equivalent and prior escrow experience required.
