Seeking an Escrow Assistant to support a fast paced energetic escrow branch. This office provides escrow services in both resale and refinance transactions. Daily tasks include preparing funding packages, preparing files for closing, opening orders, customer interaction, requesting loan payoffs and ordering insurance in addition to other tasks assigned. Must have good verbal and written communications skills, be detailed oriented, have good organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to multi-task and work as a team player. Must demonstrate strong follow through. Old Republic Title offers outstanding benefits and fosters an amazing workplace culture. Two or more years escrow experience in the Title industry is preferred but not required.
