The Escrow Operations Manager will oversee the daily escrow operations for all of the escrow branches in Nevada. Knowledge & Skills required: 10 years plus hands on escrow experience of multiple types of escrow transactions. 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role. Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong problem solving and customer service skills. Have the ability to lead, coach, train and provide constructive criticism and advice. Able to manage priorities. Strong communication skills, Must be able to recruit, retain and develop talent.
