The successful candidate for this position will be detail-oriented with excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills, and will be poised and professional. Duties include greeting visitors, organizing office and department meetings and functions, ordering and maintaining office supplies, supporting attorneys as needed, managing one of the Claims Email Boxes and answering phone inquiries.
