The corporate legal department seeks a full-time assistant with excellent verbal and written skills. Responsibilities include performing clerical, administrative and light litigation duties; responding to subpoenas; communicating with customers, corporate clients and internal personnel. Experience as a paralegal with real estate transactions (escrow, title & closings) is a plus but not required. Candidate must be organized, detail-focused, dependable, adaptable, self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, able to work independently, and interested in being part of a legal team for a company whose primary goal is to provide exemplary customer service.
