Trish is Senior Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Senior Underwriting Counsel for National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) with national underwriting authority. In addition to her underwriting responsibilities, Trish is also a Commercial Sales Representative. She began her legal career over 25 years ago, handling title and real estate transactions for several law firms in Boston, as well as in Atlanta.

Prior to joining Old Republic, Trish served as Senior Underwriting Counsel with two large national title insurance companies, both having operations in Boston. She coordinated multi-state and multi-site commercial real estate transactions and analyzed title insurance coverages for purchasers and lenders, in addition to negotiating ultra-hazardous risk coverages.

Trish is a graduate of New England Law in Boston and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. She held the position of Adjunct Professor of Legal Research and Writing at New England Law, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.

Bringing more than 25 years of commercial title industry experience, Greg joined Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) in 2016 as Senior Vice President, ORNTIC and Manager of the Chicago National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) operation.

With deep industry knowledge and a reputation for providing exceptional customer service, Greg leads a highly experienced and talented team of title, escrow and underwriting specialists in providing the transactional expertise required to close complex commercial transactions involving a wide range of industries across the country. In addition, he directs the operation’s national business development initiatives for expanding Old Republic’s national commercial footprint.

Prior to joining Old Republic Title, Greg held positions as senior national counsel and area manager of commercial divisions in Chicago and Indianapolis with another major national underwriter. Greg earned his Juris Doctorate from Hasting College of the Law in San Francisco, CA after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Redlands in Redlands, CA.

Jonathan is a Commercial Counsel for the National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) Chicago operation, where he underwrites title insurance policy coverages for commercial real estate transactions including complex high-liability, multi-site, multi-state portfolios. In this role, he negotiates title policy and endorsement coverages in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, refinancing and construction financing of a wide variety of commercial real property assets.

Jonathan serves as a resource for customers regarding all facets of title insurance, title curative and real estate settlement matters. In addition, he offers guidance to internal staff, leads department underwriting meetings and presents on a myriad of title insurance industry topics.

Prior to joining NCTS in 2019, Jonathan acted as Underwriting Counsel and Title Department Manager of a Chicago-based title agency. Jonathan also practiced as an associate of a Chicago-based law firm representing national lenders and loan servicers in default litigation and related matters.

Dione is a National Commercial Underwriter for the Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) operation in Chicago, Illinois, where she underwrites multi-state, multi-site portfolio transactions, as well as complex single-asset transactions throughout the United States. In this role she negotiates title policy and endorsement coverages for commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, refinancing and construction financing.

With more than 20 years of title insurance industry experience, Dione has developed deep expertise in several market segments in the process of guiding the real estate departments of Fortune 500 companies through restaurant franchise, multi-unit housing, healthcare, and shopping centers transactions. She has been awarded both the National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association and the Ohio Land Title Professional (OLTP) designation from the Ohio Land Title Association. Dione is a transactional leader who advocates teamwork, positivity, and creating frameworks for solutions.

A licensed title agent in the state of Ohio, Dione is also a past president and member of the Ohio Land Title Association and serves on several committees for the American Land Title Association. Dione commits her spare time to serving on the boards of nonprofit organizations and as the percussionist and sound engineer for her band, which performs at nursing homes and non-profit organizations in the Columbus area.

Kevin Knoll is an Associate Commercial Counsel with the Chicago office of National Commercial Title Services (NCTS). In his role he underwrites title insurance policy coverages for commercial real estate transactions including complex high-liability, multi-site, multi-state portfolios involving a variety of property types.

Kevin graduated cum laude from UIC John Marshall Law School, and he is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. Kevin previously worked at a Chicago law firm focusing on business licensing and zoning related matters and has also served as a judicial extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County.

As a lifelong Chicagoan, Kevin enjoys playing 16-inch softball, rooting for Chicago sports teams, and volunteering at Misericordia Home, a not-for-profit center for persons with developmental disabilities.

Serving as an Associate Commercial Underwriter for the Chicago operation of National Commercial Title Services (NCTS), Daniel Martinelli is responsible for providing underwriting assistance for complex single and multi-site commercial real estate transactions for properties located across the country.

Daniel has nearly a decade of experience of working with law firms and Fortune 500 companies with concentration in the real estate and loan servicing industries. In addition to being highly responsive and resourceful, Daniel is deeply committed to working closely with Old Republic customers to skillfully address title and settlement matters in order to ensure an outstanding closing experience.

Daniel earned his Juris Doctorate from New England Law in Boston and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family in his free time.

Heather R. Schuette is Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Senior Underwriting Counsel for the National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) operation in Chicago, Illinois. In her role she focuses on the underwriting of title insurance policy and endorsement coverages for complex single and multi-site commercial real estate transactions for properties located throughout the United States, participates in the training and development of junior underwriters and assists other senior-level underwriters with risk evaluation and resolution of complicated title issues.

Heather has over 18 years of experience in the title insurance industry, including underwriting and claims/litigation administration. Prior to joining Old Republic National Title, she spent over 14 years as commercial underwriting counsel for another major national title insurer. In addition to underwriting title insurance policies issued directly by the title insurer, Heather has also handled risk analysis and approval of high-liability policies issued by commercial title insurance agents located around the country, giving her unique insight and perspective into both sides of the title industry.

Heather is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. She is a member of the Title Counsel Committee and ALTA/NSPS Survey Work Group for the American Land Title Association, and an active participant of the Illinois Land Title Association and former member of its Board of Directors.

Susan is Senior Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Lex Terrae National Title Services. In her role, Susan manages the Hoboken, NJ office of the National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) Division of ORNTIC.

Serving more than 25 years in the industry, Susan brings a wealth of transactional, legal and practical experience to her position. She is responsible for managing and coordinating national commercial transactions across the country, as well as shepherding complex title underwriting and escrow matters for large multi-site, multi-state portfolios and other high liability projects.

Susan is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Law and is a member of both the New Jersey State Bar Association and New York Bar Association.

Bryan serves as Underwriting and Commercial Clearance Counsel for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company’s (ORNTIC) National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) operation in Hoboken, New Jersey. He brings over 20 years of experience in private and business practice with expertise in oil, gas and mineral law, unique curative issues, private real estate finance, real estate transactions and estate law.

Bryan is an honors graduate of Penn State University and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and extended family, relaxing at the lake, watching amateur baseball and engaging in volunteer activities for the betterment of children across his community.

As Senior Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Commercial Counsel for National Commercial Title Services (NCTS), Lauren manages the National Energy Title Services Division which provides energy companies, commercial investors and financial institutions with specialized underwriting and closing services required for their transactions throughout the United States.

Previously serving as Associate General Counsel and Real Estate Project Counsel for national companies that invest in and develop utility scale solar farms, wind farms and gas-fired power plants, Lauren understands the unique title insurance and project management requirements of the energy industry.

Lauren is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the Dickinson School of Law. She has practiced law for over 20 years, including holding positions in several law firms in New York and Texas, where she represented developers and commercial clients. Lauren is a member of the Texas Bar Association is a requested speaker and presenter for various energy industry programs.

Paul is Senior Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and serves as an Underwriter and Commercial Closer in the National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) Las Vegas office. In his position, he also manages the NCTS Las Vegas operation and is responsible for directing the full scope of services necessary to close complex transactions for varied commercial industries across the United States.

With more than 40 years of experience in the title insurance business, Paul began his career in northern California as a title operations manager and underwriter. In 1985 he relocated to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area as an underwriter and commercial closer working for major national title insurers. In 2006 Paul returned to the West and relocated to Las Vegas. He joined Old Republic Title’s NCTS operation there in 2009.

Paul is respected for his deep technical knowledge, prowess with Excel and expertise in training and transaction process management. He is a member of the California Bar Association, and enjoys jogging, spending time with his grandchildren and dining at upscale buffets on the Las Vegas Strip.

Richard serves as Senior Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC), President, Lex Terrae National Title Services, and Manager of the National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) New York operation. His responsibilities include oversight of 2 additional NCTS offices in the Eastern region of the country, providing national underwriting support, and directing his offices’ national business development activities in support of expanding Old Republic’s business in the national commercial title insurance market.

With a respected career of more than 40 years in the title insurance industry, Richard has participated in the leadership and daily operations of large independent and national title companies. Joining Old Republic Title in conjunction with a 2002 Company merger, he concentrates his efforts and those of his teams on providing superior customer service in closing multi-site, multi-state portfolios, high-liability transactions, and other complex and unique projects in a variety of commercial segments across the United States. Richard is a member of many professional groups and associations.

Jack Feirman serves as Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Senior Underwriting Counsel of the National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) New York operation. He is an accomplished attorney with over 40 years in private practice as a partner in two New York City law firms with extensive experience in real estate finance, development of commercial and multifamily projects construction and leasing. Jack is an honor graduate of Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in history and attended the Harvard Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor graduating cum laude.

George Keenan is currently Vice President for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Counsel for the National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) New York operation. He brings nearly 40 years of experience in corporate law, and has practiced in both law firm and private environments. George began his career in banking and real estate law. He has expertise in title insurance and curative and transactional work involving sales, acquisitions, financing, probate and trust and estate matters.

George obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s Law School. He is admitted to the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and is a member of the Real Property Section and the Trust and Estate Section. In his free time, he enjoys studying history and genealogy.

Melissa McGinn is currently Underwriting and Commercial Clearance Counsel for the National Commercial Title Services (NCTS) New York operation. She is a seasoned title attorney with more than 30 years of title industry experience, including 18 years at the underwriter level. Melissa began her work as a Sales Assistant in the title industry in 1987. She progressed to more responsible positions as she earned her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law.

During her accomplished career, Melissa has participated in the issuance of title insurance for a broad array of large commercial transactions, including multi-site and multi-state projects and loan and acquisition portfolios valued in the billions of dollars. She is committed to underwriting practically yet prudently and providing exceptional customer service.

Melissa is admitted to the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). She enjoys reading and is involved in animal rescue initiatives in her free time.
