Arkansas Agency Operations
Kelly joined Old Republic Title in 2014. He earned both his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. After law school, Kelly was a Law Clerk to the Chief Judge of the Second Circuit Court of Appeal for the State of Louisiana. Thereafter, he worked in the insurance defense litigation section of a major Shreveport law firm. Kelly gained a wealth of experience in the mortgage lending industry while working as an attorney for a major mortgage lender’s real estate loan processing center in Dallas, where he focused on transactional, title and curative issues. Prior to joining Old Republic Title, Kelly worked in the leasing section of a major cell tower corporation.
