Terence P. Guerriere, Esq. has been hired as Commercial Agency Manager for the Eastern and Central Title Divisions, and has been appointed Senior Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, as of January 4, 2021.
Terence rejoins Old Republic Title with over 30 years of extensive industry involvement as an attorney, manager and executive. His prior title insurance experience includes employment on both sides of the title agency relationship; as an agent and as an underwriter, including time with the Old Republic Title’s Eastern Division Commercial Office.
After building his expertise as an attorney in private practice and as co-founder of a title insurance agency, Terence became an Executive Vice President for a major national commercial title agency and large provider of commercial real estate services, playing key roles in agency markets over the last decade.
Terence is a graduate of Williams College in Williamstown, MA, and earned his juris doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in New York. He clerked for a New York State Surrogate’s Court. Terence is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Real Property Law Section. In addition to his New York law license, he is a licensed Title Insurance Producer in the State of New Jersey.
Terence’s knowledge of the needs of commercial agents, his foundational experience in the title industry and his business acumen will make him a great addition to our Company as we work to provide even better support and service to the growing number of commercial agents choosing Old Republic Title as their preferred underwriter.
