Old Republic Title Insurance Group is pleased to announce that Eric Arnold, First Vice President, ORNTIC, has been promoted to General Manager, Old Republic Relocation Services, reporting to Bill Rossi, Senior Vice President, ORNTIC, Chief Operating Officer, National Services Division.

Eric assumed his new position as Linda Hargreaves, Senior Vice President, ORNTIC, has transitioned to a consultant role for Relocation Services and the National Services Division until her retirement in early 2021.

“Since joining Old Republic, Eric has discovered and introduced new initiatives and services to the Relocation group. I am confident that his vision, energy, enthusiasm and commitment will prove invaluable as he creates new business opportunities for Relocation Services and the Company,” stated Linda.

Eric joined the Company in 2017 as Vice President, ORNTIC, and Counsel for Old Republic Relocation Services. Since that time, he has led a number of strategic initiatives, including deployment of mobile notary services and DocuSign for relocation transactions, and development of a new production software. Under his leadership, a third Relocation Services office was opened in Houston, TX, complementing the existing offices in Concord, CA; Wayne, PA; and the members of the team who work remotely. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Counsel for another national underwriter.

Eric is actively engaged in the relocation industry trade association, Worldwide ERC®, where he is an appointed member of the Government Affairs Council and past Chair of the Real Estate and Mortgage Forum. He holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional designation and is a two-time recipient of the Worldwide ERC® Distinguished Service Award. He is a frequent speaker on relocation, technology and compliance topics at national and regional relocation conferences, and has authored a number of articles published in Mobility® magazine.

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX, and his juris doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, LA. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
