Old Republic Title is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Gamba to Executive Vice President, Regional Manager for the Western Title Division, effective January 1, 2022.
Mark assumes this position as Kathy Brolin has announced her retirement after 45 years of dedicated service to the Company. Under Kathy’s mentorship, Mark has gained invaluable experience and knowledge throughout the past 10 years in her region.
In his new role as Regional Manager, Mark will be responsible for overseeing operations for the following counties in California, as well as the territory of Las Vegas, Nevada: Contra Costa; Napa; Solano; Sacramento; Placer; El Dorado; and Yuba.
He will work closely with each County and State Manager to forecast and develop annual sales, revenue and market share goals. Additionally, Mark will act as a resource for recruitment, mentorship, training and development to ensure staffing solutions align with Old Republic Title’s standard of excellence.
Mark joined Old Republic Title in 2010 with the responsibility of managing sales and operations in Solano County, CA. As County Manager, Mark achieved extraordinary advancements, expanding from two branch offices to four offices and significantly increasing Old Republic Title’s overall market share.
