Sandra Schoen

We are pleased to announce that Sandra Schoen, First Vice President, ORNTIC, New England Operations Manager, and Massachusetts and Rhode Island State Manager, has been appointed Senior Vice President, ORNTIC, and promoted to New England Division Manager. She continues to report to Dana Solms, President, Old Republic Eastern Title, Inc. and based in the Company's Andover, MA, office.

Sandra is uniquely qualified to assume this leadership position, as she has more than 20 years of progressive experience with the Company. Her career with Old Republic Title began in April 1997 when she joined the organization as a Closing Administrator in New Hampshire. Between 1997 and 2001, she worked in many capacities, including Legal Assistant, Escrow Officer/Closer and Senior Escrow Officer, and was promoted to Branch Manager for the Bedford, NH, direct operation in 2001.

Sandra was appointed Assistant Vice President, ORNTIC, in 2003 and expanded her responsibilities when she was promoted to New Hampshire State Manager and Northern New England Manager in 2004. She was appointed Vice President, ORNTIC, in 2005 and First Vice President, ORNTIC, in 2015. Sandra also serves as a member of the Title Group's National Leadership Team and is moderator for its Business Initiatives Oversight Committee.

Prior to joining Old Republic Title, Sandra worked as Closing Manager and Commercial Real Estate Paralegal at a title agency in Pennsylvania.

A graduate of Keene State College, Sandra earned her bachelor's degree in psychology. She earned a graduate certificate in paralegal studies from Villanova University, as well as a master's degree in organizational leadership and a graduate certificate in human resource management from the University of Southern New Hampshire. She is a member and past president of the New England Land Title Association.
