This course will provide an overview of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. This course will provide attendees with an introduction to 1031 Exchanges, and will touch on all basic rules, regulations, benefits and other concepts necessary for a successful 1031 Exchange.

About the Instructor: Tina Pashovich
Tina Pashovich is the Eastern Agency Representative, based in the Philadelphia area, and joins Old Republic Exchange after a 30-year career in Education.
Tina is a proud Ohio State Buckeye, where she earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Education. Her educating and training background, experience with establishing and maintaining relationships with community partners, and managing skills, are valuable tools in providing her clients with a comprehensive 1031 Exchange transaction.
Tina’s approach to 1031 Exchange is to provide the client with both personal service and connection, to ensure a successful exchange process.
In her spare time, Tina enjoys playing tennis, travel and trivia.
