The core objectives for this course are for licensees to understand the basic timing, requirements and concepts of a 1031 exchange; to learn about the various structures of exchanges, the differences between them, and how to assist clients in choosing the best structure; and, to be able to answer frequently asked questions by clients that arise in a 1031 exchange context, to assist the clients in successfully completing their 1031 exchanges.

About the Instructor: Shanae Mabrie
Shanae Mabrie is Vice President and Regional Sales Executive for Old Republic Exchange. With over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, she has focused solely on exchanges since 2012, including Delayed, Simultaneous, Reverse, and Improvement exchanges.
