About the Instructor: Teresa Roose
Teresa Roose has been an escrow closer for 40+ years, taking the very first Limited Practice Officer test and passing in 1984. Her career has spanned many markets, closing types and economies. The opportunity to work with all different types of transactions and clients has given me the ability to understand everyone needs to be handled differently. Teaching gives me the ability to share some of the knowledge I have garnered along the way.
