I'm Shar Prakash, your Alameda County Sales Executive at Old Republic Title Company. I have a robust background in real estate dating back to 2004. I specialize in collaborating with Realtors and Lenders to help them grow their business. I've pivoted into the role of a Sales Executive working in all of Alameda County working on strategic accounts. I look forward to building strong relationships in the community and help you achieve the highest level of success.

Outside of work, I call Castro Valley my home. I have three children, two of whom are young adults.  I was born in Fiji Islands and have a large Indian family that live all around the Bay Area and my family time is very dear to me. I enjoy my weekends spending quality time with both my family and friends doing a variety of activities.
