The Fund

Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC (The Fund) is a joint venture formed in 2009 between Old Republic National Title Holding Company and Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. The Fund’s mission is to promote and facilitate the real estate practices of their Florida real estate attorney members in their protection of the public.  The Fund’s network of members spans the entire state of Florida.

ORBIT Systems and Solutions is an online title plant system offering data and images for the seven-county metropolitan area of Minneapolis and St. Paul, and the five-county metropolitan area of Kansas City. The system provides the ability to perform property and name searches, and retrieve associated documents. ORBIT also offers its own abstracting services.
