This class will break down voluntary and involuntary liens, what you can expect to see on a preliminary title report, which matters may continue to affect the property, and what can be satisfied, removed or replaced as part of a sale or refinance. Designed to help commercial real estate professionals read a prelim with greater confidence, the discussion will focus on what deserves a closer look and what questions to ask before closing.
