Butte County is located in northern California, known for its beautiful natural scenery, including the Feather River, Sacramento River, Butte Creek and Big Chico Creek. In January of 2024, Bidwell Title & Escrow became Old Republic Title. Bidwell traces its history to 1913 when the organization began as Kipp Abstract Company. In 1929, it was incorporated into Oroville Title Company and later changed its name to Bidwell Title & Escrow Company.
