Join us this month as we navigate common pitfalls in Escrow: Divorces, Deaths and Debts.
Our Escrow Officer LaShunda Monroe will guide us through common red flags, how they are addressed during the escrow process and how to overcome these challenges for a smooth closing. In addition to a general overview of trouble areas, we will discuss:
- Payoff Demands and their Timelines
- Removing Deceased Parties from Title
- How Judgments and Liens can affect a closing
