Join us for an in-depth look at this essential document—led by Senior Escrow Officer Michelle Pineda—and learn how to decode its key sections to confidently navigate your transactions.

- The Importance of the Plant Date & Recorded Documents: Learn how the plant date impacts your transaction timeline and why the order of recorded documents matters.
