Have you ever had a client mention they were looking to make a move across state lines? Have you ever been sent a referral for an out of state buyer? The home buying process may be similar in any area, but what about the local and state requirements for closing on that purchase?
This class will bring together representatives from Old Republic Title across the Western region to discuss the varieties and intricacies of escrow in a different place. Think property tax due dates, land ownership vs. leasehold ownership, the addition of water rights, separation of title and escrow, and so much more.
