A 40-year veteran of the title insurance industry, Sharon specializes in handling complicated real estate sales, financing and exchange transactions – primarily in the commercial, industrial and development arenas.

Sharon is a true professional who operates with the highest integrity. She is also friendly, organized and efficient. She proactively anticipates her clients’ needs, identifies potential concerns and works to find solutions so transactions can run smoothly – and she does it all in a calm manner that belies the intensity she brings to get the job done.

In her spare time, you can often find Sharon enjoying a good hike or spending time with her grandchildren.

Ida has nearly 25 years of experience in the title and escrow industry. She joined Old Republic Title in 2005, bringing with her a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail and stellar sense of organization. Ida is a true multi-tasker with a passion for service.

While managing all details of a transaction, Ida works closely with her staff to develop a process that meets everyone’s needs and keeps them informed. Her warm smile, sense of humor and commitment to keeping closings on track make Ida a joy to work with.

When she’s not working, Ida enjoys reading; playing with her dog, Oscar; and spending time with her family.

Rob brings more than 30 years of title and real estate experience to his role as Senior Account Executive for Old Republic Title. He started his title career as a Title Officer, later moving into residential and commercial sales. He is currently supporting the company’s Commercial Division. Rob is an active member of the Rotary Club of San José.

Born and raised in San José, Rob’s roots in the community run deep. Growing up, he spent many hours at his grandfather’s appliance store downtown. He also attended San José State University.

Rob spent 11 years coaching competitive youth soccer. In his spare time, he enjoys eating good food, drinking good wine, and traveling with his wife and family.
