Escrow Operations Manager
Cochelle began her career in the Title Insurance Industry in 1981 in Marin County, as a bookkeeper for a small independent Title Company. Due to her tenacity and desire to grow and serve the real estate industry, she quickly worked her way into an Escrow Officer position. Cochelle joined Old Republic Title, formerly Founders Title, in 1991 as the Novato Branch Manager and eventually became the Escrow Operations Manager for Marin, Sonoma and Napa Counties. Along the way she also earned her Professional Designation certification from the California Escrow Association, no easy accomplishment.
Cochelle accepted the County Manager position for Stanislaus County in 2004. Cochelle currently holds the position of County Manager for both San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties.
Debbie Dent has extensive customer service, product development expertise. Her focus and leadership skills have earned her and Old Republic an excellent reputation in the San Joaquin marketplace. She is often recognized for her contributions in the community and as an affiliate member of the various real estate associations she has participated in. She has a unique ability to create and support value added products and services for the real estate community.
Christiane began her career in the Title and Escrow industry 20 years ago. She started in title where she had the responsibility of typing preliminary reports as well as running searches. In 2000 Christiane became an Escrow Assistant and in 2005 was promoted to Escrow Officer. She began working for Old Republic in 2006 in Stanislaus County. In 2009 Christiane was an integral part in expanding into Turlock and opening Old Republic’s Turlock Branch and becoming the Branch Manager. Christiane was promoted to Escrow Operations Manager for Stanislaus County in 2015. Christiane’s commitment to her co-workers and her clients along with her belief in working as a team is a philosophy that is a key to her success.
