Bill began his career in 1995, when he joined a Pittsburgh, PA-based national vendor management company. There, he served in several capacities and ultimately was promoted to Vice President of Client Relations. In 2002, he joined a large, Pittsburgh-based national title insurance agency as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and later advanced to Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Operations.

In January of 2013, Bill Joined Old Republic Title to oversee sales operations for business units within its National Services Division. He has been instrumental in the Company’s business development efforts by creating custom solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Bill also possesses the unique ability to establish mutually beneficial relationships through strategic planning, continuous process improvement and capacity modeling.

As Chief Operating Officer of the National Services Division, Bill’s current responsibilities include the oversight of the following NSD business units:

• Old Republic Title Residential Information Services
• Old Republic Servicing Solutions
• Old Republic Specialized Agency Services
• Old Republic Specialized Commercial Services
• National Agency Services
• National Service Center
• Old Republic Relocation Services

Bill is also a member of Old Republic National Leadership Team and the Mortgage Bankers Association. He resides in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife and two sons.

Blane joined Old Republic Title in 2019 to oversee the sales operations of National Services Division’s (NSD) lenders services group. In his role as Chief Revenue Officer for NSD, he leads national sales teams in advancing relationships and providing centralized title, settlement, and ancillary services solutions to residential mortgage and home equity lenders, and national title agencies.

His experience enables him to develop a practical and consultative solutions-based approach to address the mortgage origination and closing processes, tailored to a mortgage lender’s unique, preferred workflow. With almost 30 years in the mortgage industry, Blane has held senior leadership roles serving the mortgage industry with responsibilities for sales and revenue growth and cultivating executive relationships with many of the top 30 national mortgage lenders. In addition to title and settlement, his background includes mortgage originations and operations, default servicing, valuations, centralized product fulfillment vendor management, business outsourcing, along with integrations and technology solutions.

Blane is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing and entrepreneurship. He is a past director of the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, as well as a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Consumer Bankers Association.

John Snelgrove is First Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He oversees operations for Old Republic Specialized Commercial Services, Old Republic Timeshare Services, and the Texas operations of Old Republic Title Residential Information Services.

John has over 25 years of diverse experience in the title insurance industry. He has held various positions at several well-known national title insurance underwriters, including responsibility for the oversight, direction and management of default operations, and providing services such as REO asset management, valuations, and foreclosure trustee and default title services. John was also the General Manager for a multi-state title insurance agency and Branch Manager for another national title insurance underwriter where, among other responsibilities, he oversaw commercial operations dedicated to multi-site, multi-state transactions.

John has been with Old Republic Title for over 10 years, and has held several leadership roles with the Company. Prior to his current role, he was instrumental in the creation of Old Republic Servicing Solutions (ORSS, formerly Old Republic Default Management Services) in 2007. He spent almost six years as Executive Vice President of ORSS, which supports institutions with their servicing portfolios of residential and commercial properties, including default management.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Connecticut.

Lori DiTomaso is Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and Commercial Services Manager for Old Republic Specialized Commercial Services (ORSCS).

Lori started her career in real estate in 1998, at a worldwide relocation company. During her time there she was a Risk Manager, leading a team of 10 and managing all activities revolving around a $150+ million national inventory portfolio of residential real estate. She earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) certification, became a licensed home and radon inspector, and obtained a real estate broker license in 1999. Prior to joining the relocation company, she spent 12 years at a national moving and relocation company, supporting relocations and operations.

In 2007, Lori joined Old Republic Title as REO Manager for Valuations and Default. She was responsible for pipeline and quality management, meeting revenue goals and training, along with staffing and hiring. She led a startup group of 11 and successfully grew her team to 39. Lori transitioned to ORSCS in 2009, to oversee the day-to-day activities of the commercial title operations, and maintain and grow mutually successful client relationships.

Lori graduated from the University of Akron with studies in business, architectural drafting and transportation. She enjoys volunteering and advocating for two local shelters in Akron: One of a Kind Pets, and Maggie’s Mission Horse and Dog Rescue.
