Blane joined Old Republic Title in 2019 to oversee the sales operations of National Services Division’s (NSD) lenders services group. In his role as Chief Revenue Officer for NSD, he leads national sales teams in advancing relationships and providing centralized title, settlement, and ancillary services solutions to residential mortgage and home equity lenders, and national title agencies.
His experience enables him to develop a practical and consultative solutions-based approach to address the mortgage origination and closing processes, tailored to a mortgage lender’s unique, preferred workflow. With almost 30 years in the mortgage industry, Blane has held senior leadership roles serving the mortgage industry with responsibilities for sales and revenue growth and cultivating executive relationships with many of the top 30 national mortgage lenders. In addition to title and settlement, his background includes mortgage originations and operations, default servicing, valuations, centralized product fulfillment vendor management, business outsourcing, along with integrations and technology solutions.
Blane is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing and entrepreneurship. He is a past director of the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, as well as a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Consumer Bankers Association.
Carla started her career in 1992, when she joined a Pittsburgh, PA-based national title insurance agency. She spent over 20 years there in various leadership roles. As Senior Vice President, Carla managed large operational teams and was responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and developing process improvement plans, as well as creating various joint venture companies.
In 2013, Carla joined the ORTRIS team at Old Republic Title and is responsible for maintaining, growing and improving relationships with mortgage lenders, title agents and other financial institutions. She is an accomplished relationship builder, with the remarkable ability to create solutions that promote and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
After spending most of her 25-year career in the title industry working for a large national agency, Carla now enjoys working on the underwriting side of the industry, being able to support her customers and their various business lines and creating new comprehensive product offerings.
