Susan is Senior Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Manager, National Commercial Services Operation, Eastern Title Division. In her role, Susan manages the Hoboken NJ, New York City NY, and Hartford CT offices of the National Commercial Services (NCS) Division of ORNTIC.

Serving more than 25 years in the industry, Susan brings a wealth of transactional, legal and practical experience to her position. She is responsible for managing and coordinating national commercial transactions across the country, as well as shepherding complex title underwriting and escrow matters for large multi-site, multi-state portfolios and other high liability projects.

Susan is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Law and is a member of both the New Jersey State Bar Association and New York Bar Association.

Bryan serves as Underwriting and Commercial Clearance Counsel for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company’s (ORNTIC) National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in Hoboken, New Jersey. He brings over 20 years of experience in private and business practice with expertise in oil, gas and mineral law, unique curative issues, private real estate finance, real estate transactions and estate law.

Bryan is an honors graduate of Penn State University and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and extended family, relaxing at the lake, watching amateur baseball and engaging in volunteer activities for the betterment of children across his community.

Danielle is First Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Title Officer, National Commercial Services. She has 24 years of title industry experience; 17 of which have been with the Company's Hoboken, New Jersey office. In her roles, Danielle provides expert management of the complete title production process and routinely closes multi-state, high-value transactions. Her extensive transactional experience with complex projects and reputation for exceptional customer service make her a highly preferred specialist in the industry. In her leadership roles, she also mentors many of the newer team members, helping them to learn the various aspects of title production.

Danielle holds both a NJ Title Insurance Producer License and a Paralegal Certification. She believes that every day is an opportunity to learn something new. Born and raised in Hoboken, she now lives in Verona, NJ with her husband and spoiled stray cat, and enjoys baking and home projects.

Walter (“Walt”) Schwabe serves as Account Executive for the National Commercial Services (NCS) Hoboken operation. Walt has extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate transactions gleaned from his career of more than 25 years in business development services for the title industry.

Joining the Old Republic Title family in 2014, Walt has successfully served customers through underwriter branch office locations and title agency operations in local markets. In his current role with NCS, he is responsible for growing commercial business relationships and facilitating service delivery to customers.

Walt is known for his responsiveness and team-oriented approach to helping create innovative solutions for the unique requirements that are often a part of real estate transactions. He has been an active member of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, New Jersey Chapter (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties). In his leisure time, Walt enjoys spending time with family, fishing, golfing, and biking.

Bryce is a Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Title Officer, National Commercial Services. He brings 30 years of title industry experience to the Old Republic Title Team; three of which have been working with both the Hoboken and NYC offices. Bryce contributes to the team by providing both title examination and underwriting support. He enjoys the journey of a transaction from start to finish and has assisted in the successful closing of a variety of portfolios, such as marina facilities, storage facilities, office buildings and commercial retail properties.

Bryce holds a New Jersey Title Insurance Producer License, a Pennsylvania Title Insurance Producer License, and a bachelor's degree in Business from Western New England University. Originally from Long Island, Bryce has lived in both New York and New Jersey. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, as well as boating, fishing, clamming and surfing in the oceans, bays and beaches near his home and while travelling.

Stacey serves as a Title Officer for Old Republic Title – National Commercial Services. She has over 15 years of experience successfully handling residential and commercial closings. Known for her responsive communication with clients, Stacey facilitates the collection, clearing and authorizing of closing documents. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rider College, holds a Paralegal Certification and serves as a Notary Public.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Stacey now lives near the Jersey Shore in Ocean County, NJ, with her partner. She’s delighted that all three of her adult children live just down the road. In her leisure time, she loves music and traveling, and even spent a year studying at The Sorbonne in Paris. In her younger years, Stacey competed at the national level in figure skating.

Anita is an Assistant Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC), and Title Officer, National Commercial Services. She has more than 20 years of title industry experience; 12 of which have been with the Hoboken, New Jersey office of Old Republic Title. In addition to the review of title searches and clearing title issues, Anita specializes in preparing commercial title commitments for NJ transactions.

Anita holds a NJ Title Insurance Producer License and always appreciates the opportunity to continue to learn, assist and collaborate with her peers. She is often spotted in the conference room with her colleagues, diving deep into a complicated survey, pulling the puzzle pieces together.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, bike riding and especially roller skating, which she has been doing since she was a young girl. Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, Anita now resides in Bayonne.

Annelise is a Title Officer with the Old Republic Title National Commercial Services operation in Hoboken, NJ. She has a decade of experience in real estate and the title insurance industry, and excels at analyzing complex national commercial titles, clearing title issues and closing high value, multi-state transactions.

Annelise holds a NJ Title Insurance Producer License, a Paralegal Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an associate’s degree from Sussex County Community College. She is a horticulture lover and takes care to ensure that all office plants thrive. She also enjoys the outdoors and takes advantage of the hiking, sailing, skiing and swimming available in Morris County, where she lives with her husband and dog.

Lindsey is a National Commercial Closer for Old Republic Title – National Commercial Services and has more than 15 years of commercial title transactional experience. Lindsey closes a variety of commercial deals, including stand-alone properties, multi-sites and portfolios, and is an excellent liaison between clients and the internal production team. She has a bachelor's degree in Social Science from St. Thomas Aquinas College and serves as a Notary Public.

Active in her local community of Sparta, NJ, Lindsey volunteers on the Local Planning Board. She, her husband and son all love the outdoors, particularly sunshine and water activities. Lindsey also participates in all forms of yoga, including aerial, acro and SUP Yoga.
