Maura Dahrling is a Senior Escrow Officer with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is based in our Academy Office in Albuquerque, NM.
Maura started her career as an Escrow Assistant, and was quickly promoted due to her strong work ethic, communication skills and problem-solving abilities. She joined Old Republic Title in 2012, where she handles closings for commercial transactions, residential properties and vacant land.
Accountability, integrity and a desire to fulfill each client’s needs are Maura’s top priorities. She believes in working as a team with her clients and keeping them informed every step of the way.
In her free time, Maura loves spending time with her husband, three sons, daughter-in-law and extended family. She also enjoys playing golf, reading and just being outdoors.
Bill Johnson is a 30+ year veteran of the title insurance industry and a member of Old Republic Title’s Business Development Department in Albuquerque, NM since 2010.
After graduating from Kent State University, Bill moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and worked for Old Republic Title. He transitioned to several organizations over the years, during which time he cultivated a passion and talent for sales and marketing. Bill worked as a County Manager for a California title company before relocating to New Mexico and returning to Old Republic Title to help the company expand into the Albuquerque market. He enjoys building and maintaining relationships with his clients, and working as part of a team to bring value to every transaction.
Kathy is a seasoned escrow professional and a valued member of Old Republic Title’s Albuquerque, NM escrow team since 2015.
Prior to joining Old Republic Title, Kathy worked for two national underwriters and brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as an Escrow Officer. Kathy works closely with each party in the transaction to ensure all communication is clear, concise and timely. She takes pride in achieving successful closings and securing forever clients.
Kathy has always had a passion for houses and the innerworkings of the entire home building, buying and selling process. She enjoys many aspects of her job, but the most rewarding is helping her clients achieve their dream of purchasing or selling a home.
Kathy was born in Anchorage, Alaska and grew up in a military family. Growing up she lived in several different places including Oregon, Ohio and Germany, which more than likely contributed to Kathy’s love of travel. Of all the places she has visited, Sicily, Italy is where she would like to call home when she retires. In her spare time, you can find Kathy either working out or on the hunt for a hot fudge sundae.
