Dan has been an RVP, Branch Manager, mortgage brokerage president and Sales Manager over his career, but has always had a zeal for originating mortgage loans and has always maintained a vibrant personal loan production business. Having raised 3 beautiful daughters, which not only produced Dans distinctive two-tone hair color, but has brought him greater compassion for families and their growing needs as they themselves raise children and seek to get a piece of the American Dream. His goal is to serve families and do all possible, and then some, to ensure his mortgage clients are approved for financing now, or are on a prescribed, monitored, and systematic path to qualifying; this to include a credit repair program for example.
Dan has served as President, of the New Mexico Mortgage Lenders Association, is an Instructor for Loan Officer pre-licensing and continuing education, has taught realtor CE as an approved instructor with RLD and is an expert witness in the mortgage finance field within the Second Judicial Court system. Dan is currently in the process for becoming a mountain bike instructor for Ninja Mountain Bike Performance, a national organization.
