Bill Johnson is a 30+ year veteran of the title insurance industry and a member of Old Republic Title’s Business Development Department in Albuquerque, NM since 2010.

After graduating from Kent State University, Bill moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and worked for Old Republic Title. He transitioned to several organizations over the years, during which time he cultivated a passion and talent for sales and marketing. Bill worked as a County Manager for a California title company before relocating to New Mexico and returning to Old Republic Title to help the company expand into the Albuquerque market. He enjoys building and maintaining relationships with his clients, and working as part of a team to bring value to every transaction.

With 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ashley understands what it takes to work with real estate professionals and lenders to address their title and escrow needs. In her role, she is responsible for various sales activities for our three offices located in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.

Ashley is excited for the opportunity to apply her experience and collaborative skills to support the needs of her clients. She looks forward to helping them navigate the tools and resources that Old Republic Title has to offer, and she anticipates establishing meaningful and impactful connections.

Although born in Albuquerque, Ashley and her sisters were raised by “a single mom with a gypsy soul” and lived in various locations throughout New Mexico, along with cities in Alaska, Montana and California. Ashley is the proud mother of five children and one grandchild. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring new interests, traveling and finding peace in nature.

Andrew Apodaca brings eleven years of sales experience to his new role as Sales Executive at Old Republic Title's Albuquerque, New Mexico office. Drawn to the culture of ORT and doing work he enjoys, he looks forward to building and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers, lenders, and other clients.

Andrew is especially excited to generate work for the Albuquerque escrow team and build an excellent, professional reputation of his own. He will work hard to earn your trust and is eager to show clients the value ORT offers by being as prompt and resourceful as possible.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, Andrew graduated from Cibola High School and studied Business Management at the University of New Mexico. He has two children, ages 11 and 12. The youngest of six children, Andrew considers himself very competitive and social. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hiking, going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
