Old Republic Title is pleased to announce that Bill Rossi, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the National Services Division (NSD), has been appointed an Executive Vice President of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and promoted to Director of Enterprise Services.
Enterprise Services is the next step in the evolution of our organization to expand and transform the availability of key tools and services that have become material to Old Republic Title’s expansion into national markets. A primary initiative for Enterprise Services is to work with the Company’s major lines of business to adapt infrastructures, strategies and solutions that support the entire enterprise, and further strengthen the menu of services we offer in local and national segments.
In his new role, Bill will work with key stakeholders across the Company to establish priorities, advance initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies to support agency operations, direct operations and national accounts. Bill’s involvement will help the Company foster new channels of communication with all divisions and departments. He will continue management and oversight of the Company’s national services, including: Lenders Services, National Agency Services (NAS), Specialized Agency Services (ORSAS), Specialized Commercial Services (ORSCS), OREXCO (1031 Exchange), Relocation and OR EscrowPro.
Bill joined our Company in January 2013 as a Vice President, ORNTIC, and Sales and Operations Manager for NSD. He was promoted to National Sales Manager for Old Republic Title Residential Information Services (ORTRIS) and appointed First Vice President, ORNTIC, in October 2013, while also managing sales for ORSCS and ORSAS. He was named Senior Vice President, ORNTIC, in July 2017 and General Manager of ORTRIS in December 2017. He became SVP, Chief Operating Officer of NSD in November 2019.
Bill has been working in the title insurance industry for 28 years and studied business at Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
