Bill Rossi

Bill Rossi, First Vice President, ORNTIC, and National Sales Manager for ORTRIS has been appointed Senior Vice President, ORNTIC, effective July 1, 2017. Bill continues to report to Pat Connor, President, Old Republic National Title Services, Inc. and is based in the ORTRIS office in Pittsburgh, PA.

A vital part of the National Services Division's management team, Bill oversees the Pittsburgh office and manages sales for ORTRIS, Specialized Commercial Services and Specialized Agency Solutions, which are all part of the National Services Division.

Bill joined Old Republic Title in January 2013 as a Sales and Operations Manager for NSD and Vice President, ORNTIC. He quickly advanced, being promoted to National Sales Manager for ORTRIS and appointed First Vice President, ORNTIC in October 2013.

Bill has been in the title insurance industry for more than 20 years. He started his career in 1995 when he joined a vendor management company as an Operations Associate and, ultimately, was promoted to Vice President of Client Relations. In 2002, he joined a large, national title insurance agency based in Pittsburgh, PA, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and advanced to the level of Executive Vice President, overseeing sales, marketing and operations for the company.

Bill studied business at Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and recently was appointed to Old Republic Title's National Leadership Team, serving on its Commercial Committee.
