Course Description:

Deed and title theft are growing threats in Oklahoma real estate. This course explains how these fraud schemes work, recent legislation (SB 877 and SB 925), and the new education and disclosure requirements for licensees. Through real-world examples and red flag identification, agents will learn how to recognize suspicious activity and protect their clients.
