The course is designed for residential agents to obtain an understanding of the new home sales market. The agent will understand new home sales transactions while working with builders. Agents will become knowledgeable of the expected construction knowledge that will be required to complete a new home sale. Facts on the difference between a custom builder and a productions builder. The agent will work with builder sales representatives. This class will explain the roles of both the agent and the sales representative of the builder. Due diligence requirements when referring builders to your clients will be discussed in detail. How agents will collect their commissions and what rules the agent must follow to ensure the collection of said commission. Inspection process and final walk-through requirements with a new home sale.
