Eric Arnold, SCRP is General Manager of Old Republic Relocation Services, a part of Old Republic Diversified Services, Inc. He is responsible for driving the department’s overall business strategy of delivering innovative title and closing solutions to the relocation industry through a team of inspired and inspiring relocation professionals, Old Republic Title’s unique national profile of independent title agents and directly-owned operations, and an expanding suite of leading edge technologies.

Eric has dedicated his career to developing and communicating best practices for relocation home sale and purchase transactions to all industry stakeholders. Building upon 12 years as dedicated relocation Counsel for Old Republic and previously another national title underwriter, Eric’s experience and expertise make him a key resource to Old Republic’s customers, internal staff and local network. He is passionate about the ability of technology to empower his teams, deliver outstanding results and transparency to customers and, most importantly, enhance the transferee experience. To that end, Eric has driven the development of new internal technologies and the deployment of signing solutions customized to the unique needs of relocation home sale transactions.

Eric is actively involved in Worldwide ERC® (WERC) and regional relocation organizations. He currently serves as an appointed member of the WERC Government Affairs Council, after completing previous terms as Chair and Vice-Chair of the WERC Real Estate and Mortgage Forum. He is a frequent speaker at national and regional relocation conferences and has been featured on WERC webinars. Additionally, he has authored a number of articles for Mobility Magazine and the Mobility LawBlog, covering a wide range of relocation and compliance-related topics. Eric holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional® (SCRP) designation and is a two-time recipient of the WERC Distinguished Service Award.

Eric earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans and is licensed to practice law in Texas. After every moment he can get with his three young sons, Eric is a voracious reader and a hobbyist in mathematics, software development, and competing in Olympic-style weightlifting.

Faye Hoxworth, CRP, GMS has more than 17 years of experience in the title, real estate and relocation industries. She serves as Strategic Operations Manager for Old Republic Relocation Services. Her responsibilities include business development and account management, as well as managing new initiatives and products to better serve Old Republic Relocation Services and its customers.
Faye has been an integral part of the Relocation industry and has in-depth experience in preparing operations teams for additional business and internal growth. Her experience and involvement in many different facets of title and real estate, and her extensive knowledge of the relocation process, enable her to better manage every aspect of a relocation transaction to help ensure a quality customer experience. Prior to joining Old Republic Relocation Services, she worked for another national title insurance underwriter for 15 years.
Faye received the Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation in 2005 and the Global Mobility Specialist® (GMS) designation in 2018. She has been an active member of the Minnesota Employee Relocation Conference Committee (MERC) since 2016 and she is a current board member of the Houston Relocation Professionals (HRP). In 2017, she was named as a Worldwide ERC® YP40 Committee Member. In addition, Faye is a member of the Real Estate and Mortgage Forum for Worldwide ERC®. She attended Southwest Texas State (now known as Texas State University) in San Marcos, TX.

Kelli Warren, CRP, GMS, has over 20 years of experience in the relocation title and closing industry. As the Enterprise Operations Manager her responsibilities include business development and relationship management, as well as directing operations for large scale full-service relocation customers. Her in-depth experience in preparing operations for additional business and internal growth, along with her extensive knowledge of the relocation process has enabled her to better oversee every aspect to deliver the best customer experience.

Kelli earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2002 and the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation in 2018 from Worldwide ERC® (Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, or WERC). She has been an active member of WERC since 2002 and is involved in the Houston Relocation Professionals (HRP) and the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council (MERC) organizations.

Harry Schmitt, CRP has been in the relocation services industry for over 20 years. He is the Vice President and Branch Manager of the Old Republic Relocation Services office located in Wayne, PA., part of Old Republic Diversified Services, Inc. Harry joined Old Republic in 2009. His expertise is in developing and growing relationships with corporate clients by enhancing their specialized relocation programs. He also works closely with third-party relocation companies, supporting successful real estate transactions in all 50 states and Guam.

A graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Harry has a bachelor’s degree in political science. He earned his Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC® (Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, or WERC). He is an active member of the Delaware Valley Relocation Council, which serves the relocation industry in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware.

Harry and his wife are involved in their community in Quakertown, PA. They have helped to organize the Special Olympics Track Program, the Quakertown Soccer Club Special Needs Division, and a flag football program. When he is not busy coaching, Harry enjoys spending time with his two children.
