Agency Representative / Administrator
Trish started in the title insurance industry over 30 years ago as a production manager, searcher and agent representative for a local underwriter. She then worked for two national underwriters also as an agency representative. Trish joined Old Republic Title in 2009 and services agents in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Also a supporter of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, Trish is the past chairperson of their Public Relations Committee.
Nanci K. Reese, CLTP, is a Business Development Partner and Agency Manager for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company based in Wayne, PA. Residing in Lancaster County, she graduated from Millersville University with a B.S. in Education and a minor in Sociology.
Starting in the industry over 35 years ago, Nanci began her career at the Lancaster branch of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. She possesses both agency and underwriter experience. Her vast title background in residential and commercial transactions allows her to fully service her agents. Nanci is currently the Chairperson of the PLTA’s South Central Chapter. She serves on the following PLTA committees: Education, Finance and Planning, Membership, and Professional Designation. Previously she was Chairperson of the Education Committee, the Planning Committee and Co-Chairperson of the combined Finance and Planning Committee. She has received the designation of Certified Land Title Professional and is a recipient of the prestigious James G. Schmidt Distinguished Service Award.
Matt started at Old Republic in 2008 processing revenue and assisting with data entry. With a strong background in technology and information systems, Matt aims to help your agency attain maximum efficiency with all of your electronic processes. Matt has a strong background in customer relations and strives to deliver the best possible customer service to all of his agents.
In 2007, Amy Webb joined Old Republic Title as an Agency Representative. With a background in the title insurance and mortgage businesses, as well as in information systems for the United States Navy, Amy is able to assist agents in achieving maximum efficiency and productivity when utilizing their various software programs.
Amy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and was the proud recipient of the Association of Title Examiners 2008 William Kassell Scholarship. She currently serves as an Assistant Vice President, Agency Manager/Software Specialist for Old Republic Title in the Wayne, Pennsylvania office.
