Course Description:

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the agent with the phases of new construction. This will also allow them to have some competency in what to expect and how to stay engaged with the client and the builder. Agents need to know about the possibility of phase inspections from the city as well as a third- party inspector and how these can impact close times. We will also talk about the pros and cons of new versus existing. It also addresses the role of the agent and the onsite representative.
