Event Topic: Outrageous Authenticity® 2.0
When dealing with clients from all walks of life, it is so important to respect them. Respecting clients does not mean compromising on who you are. Our best resource as a salesperson is our genuine self. As humans, we can sense when someone isn’t being truthful and honest with us. If your clients feel like they can’t trust you, they’re not going to be your clients for much longer.
We can’t say every thought we have at work, but that doesn’t mean we have to stop being genuine and authentic. Having opinions and beliefs is what draws clients to you as a salesperson—not an in-genuine personality. Learn to enhance client relationships with openness and a deeper trust.
Key Features:
• Clients trust us when they feel like they know the real us. Let them know the real you.
• Authenticity leads to trust and honest communication with clients.
Client relations deepen with openness.
