About the Instructor: Autumn Black
Autumn is a skilled Escrow Officer based in Old Republic Title’s Mansfield office. She leverages 25 years of industry knowledge and experience to support escrow operations across the Metroplex and facilitate smooth transactions for her clients. A native Texan, Autumn grew up in Fort Worth and Granbury. She entered the title business as an Escrow Assistant in 1995 and quickly advanced to Escrow Officer, where her attention to detail and commitment to service earned her a reputation for excellence. Autumn is experienced in handling a wide variety of title and escrow matters, from residential and commercial transactions to issues involving death, divorce, receiverships and bankruptcies. In her spare time, Autumn and her husband enjoy relaxing by the pool with their 18-year-old daughter. Her hobbies also include traveling, tackling home projects, and enjoying true crime books and movies.
