Course Description:

This course, written by Ginger Unger, CCIM, is designed for residential agents or new commercial agents entering the commercial development sales and commercial development of their commercial property. Participants will be able to understand the process required, from the feasibility of the actual property to the closing of the property.  Timelines will be discussed on completing due diligence on a commercial site to make development decisions. The agent will gain knowledge of the basics of commercial property development. We will dive into the steps to ensure the property will be used at its highest and best use—the reasoning for utilizing a professional team of commercial vendors to complete the due diligence process. How to set up a team of professionals for commercial development will be worked on in a case study-type environment in the class.
