The Good, the Bad & Year-End Close is an interactive business review course designed to help entrepreneurs evaluate what worked, identify what didn’t, and create a stronger plan for the year ahead. Participants will assess the key areas that impact business sustainability, including financial health, clients, operations, marketing, plus so much more. Through practical reflection, real-world examples, and actionable exercises, attendees will identify opportunities to improve profitability, strengthen systems, eliminate inefficiencies, and make more intentional decisions for the upcoming year. Participants will leave with clear priorities and practical next steps to build a more sustainable, profitable, and well-run business.
