Course Description:
This course explores the art and strategy of personal branding through a psychological and practical lens. Participants will examine how key design elements—such as color, typography, and visual identity—shape brand perception and influence trust, recognition, and audience connection. Through guided activities, learners will develop a personalized branding strategy using the T.A.C.O. framework (Transparency, Authenticity, Consistency, and Originality), culminating in the creation of a cohesive brand board that reflects their professional identity and market positioning.
By integrating proven marketing practices and real-world branding strategies, this course equips participants with the tools to enhance their professional visibility, communicate with clarity and confidence, and build a memorable, consistent presence in today’s competitive marketplace.
About the Instructor: Nikki Zoto
Nikki Zotto is an Organizational Development Strategist and PhD candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. As founder of Alacrity Learning Consortium, she designs and delivers learning and development programs for real estate professionals, drawing on nearly two decades of experience across real estate, higher education, and enterprise learning. A licensed broker who has sold in Illinois, Nebraska, and Arizona, she is currently consulting on a national technology rollout, designing the training and adoption strategy for more than 6,000 residential real estate professionals, and has taught continuing education for REALTOR® associations nationwide. Now based in New York City, she brings a cross-market perspective to every room she teaches in. When she isn't advising brokerages or high-performing professionals, you'll find her on a hiking trail, planning her next trip, or being thoroughly bossed around by her Australian Shepherd, Bruno.
