Stewart Rauch grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (with a minor in Mathematical Analysis) from Middlebury College in 1990 and was awarded his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1995.

After graduating from law school, Stewart worked as a corporate and commercial litigator in Washington D.C., gaining significant experience in complex commercial transactions, real estate matters, employment law, and contract disputes. Stewart then opened, owned and operated a title agency and settlement company in Fairfax, Virginia and maintained his own private law practice primarily focused on real estate related matters. Stewart has lived in Virginia since 1990. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Georgia.

Stewart joined Old Republic National Title Insurance Company in April, 2014 and now serves as Vice President and Counsel.

A Virginia native, Hayden-Anne Breedlove is an attorney for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, where she provides legal guidance on complex real estate transactions, underwriting policies, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with title agents, lenders, and real estate professionals to mitigate risk and resolve title defects. She also develops and presents continuing education programs for attorneys and title professionals, helping them navigate the evolving legal landscape of real estate and title insurance.

Hayden-Anne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and History, with a minor in French, from the University of Virginia, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law. She will graduate with her MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in May of 2025.

During law school, she was president of the Real Estate Law Society, served as a research assistant reviewing and editing a housing law textbook, and performed pro bono work in housing. She also clerked for the Honorable judges of Henrico County Circuit Court before transitioning into title insurance law.

Hayden-Anne is actively involved in the Virginia State Bar Real Property Section, where she serves as the co-editor of Fee Simple, the state bar’s journal publication on real property law. She is also the academic liaison with the University of Richmond for the Virginia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Additionally, she is a member of the Examiner Committee of the Virginia Land Title Association and serves on the Title Insurance Committee of the Virginia State Bar Real Property Section.

Outside of work, Hayden-Anne enjoys traveling—especially to the beach—reading, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Jon Brodegard received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (with minors in Business Management and Spanish) from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law (now George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School).

Jon has a deep appreciation for the things that stay the same as well as the regional differences that exist in real estate matters. Jon applied state law principles in federal administrative proceedings as judicial law clerk in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Hearings and Appeals. Following his clerkship, Jon conducted business from Baltimore to Fredericksburg as an in-house attorney with a title company. As business increased, Jon also trained attorneys for positions in nine new affiliate offices. Subsequently, Jon maintained his focus on real estate by joining a law practice located in the Hampton Roads area.

Jon joined Old Republic National Title Insurance Company in September, 2018, as Counsel.

When he is not hard at work, Jon enjoys being outdoors, particularly hiking and bicycling with his children. He also enjoys picking and preserving fresh fruits and berries, and he hopes to have a bigger and more productive vegetable garden this year.
