Class materials will be delivered by email to each registered broker 24 hours before the class.
This class is designed to give real estate brokers an overall understanding of 30 important things that may delay a real estate transaction closing. What are Title red flags and how they are related to closing.
- What escrow needs for closing and what may delay closing.From a complete PSA/Addendum to a broker’s commission disbursement form, and everything in between.
- Buyer or sellers opening package – info to order related payoffs, marital status, lender info, etc.
- FIRPTA/Seller (foreign person): TIM application/ID certificate/Tax withholding.
- Title Red Flags – what may delay closing: Old Deed of Trust on Title, Private lenders, Divorce or Separation, and numerous matters against common name sellers/buyers (confidential information statement)
