Course Description:

This class is designed to give Real Estate Brokers an overall understanding of important items, specifically "red flags", that may delay the escrow transaction from closing. 

We will discuss:

• What escrow needs for processing and closing. We will review a transaction beginning with the PSA/contract all the way to the disbursement of the file.
• Buyer or sellers opening package – information needed from all parties in order to process the transaction.
• Title Red Flags – we will discuss the various factors that could postpone, or prevent, closing in a timely manner.
